Disposable vapes typically come with a set amount of e-liquid, usually measured in milligrams (mg). Once you know how much e-juice your vape contains, you can estimate how long it will last based on your average daily usage.

Look at the e-liquid level. 

Many disposable vapes come with a window that indicates the level of e-liquid left. If your vape has a window, check it periodically to see how much e-juice is left. Once the e-juice level drops below the window, it's time to dispose of your disposable.

Monitor the flavour and vapour production.

As you use your disposable vape, you may notice that the flavour and vapour production begin to decrease. This is a sign that the vape juice is running low and is nearing empty. Check the battery life.

Disposable vapes are powered by a battery, which is typically designed to last as long as the vape juice. If you notice that your vape's battery life is decreasing, it's a sign that the vape juice is running low. It goes without saying, but disposables aren’t made to be refilled and should be disposed of once the battery dies.

Try a few puffs.

If you're still unsure whether your disposable vape is empty, try taking a few puffs. If there's no vapour or flavour, it's a sign that the vape is empty and should be disposed of.
